Loop

A loop is a workflow pattern that repeats one or more steps for each item in a collection.

In plain language

It lets the same logic handle a list of order items, recipients, records, or files one item at a time.

Example

A loop creates one fulfillment line for every product in an order payload.

Action · Workflow · Rate Limit

Common misconception

A loop does not guarantee parallel or sequential execution, and it can multiply task usage and API requests unexpectedly.

Implementation guidance

Set a maximum collection size, preserve an item identifier, respect ordering needs and rate limits, and define partial-failure behavior.
