Conditional Logic

Conditional logic is a set of rules that chooses what a workflow does based on the data or state it receives.

In plain language

It creates branches such as “if approved, continue; otherwise, notify the owner” so different cases follow appropriate paths.

Example

A lead worth more than $10,000 is routed to a senior sales representative while other leads enter the standard queue.
